********************** advised she did not have that money in her bank account and offered no resolution to the claim. TGA was assigned the file by our client to pursue the excess amount of $23,984.92 and that was relayed to **********************. She advised ********************** of the claim amount due and the reason. We listened to the recorded call in question and did not find our representative to be aggressive. The call was then transferred to the representative assigned to the file. On this day, our receptionist asked ********************** for her file number and asked her to hold. The hundreds of phone calls coming in are answered by 1 of several receptionists. We are not able to leave a detailed message on the voicemail as to not violate the ***** and to protect her privacy.TGA is not a customer service center. We left the pertinent information that was needed in order to return the call. TGA is handling this subrogation claim on behalf of ************************** for an automobile accident that occurred on 1/16/22. A little sensitivity training would go a long way. I am a law abiding and productive member of society and did everything I was suppose to, and then an accident out of my control happened. All I can say is it's appalling to think people can treat others this way and bully people out of thousands. Immediately following this phone call I had a panick attack. Then as I questioned her about the tactics and aggressive attitude she had she hung up on me. Instead of relaying the information in a polite manner and offering solutions, options and what not the person aggressiveness increased as I said they'd make a note that I have no intention of resolving the claim which is not what I said. First off this is the first I'm hearing of any of this and second I was a little in shock. Then they tell me I owe a **** of over 22k and what is my intention on paying this. Once I returned the call saying I received a message and claim number they immediately put me on hold without saying anything and then another person answered the hold and asked my name and address to which I said that it was me but that I was unsure why they would have an address for me as I didn't know what the call was about. The phone call I received regarding an apparent claim against me didn't provide anything but a number to return a call to.
